Default Installing a 1DIN radio into a 1996 S-Class

Hello all,

Right now I'm looking into a older S-Class, but I was wondering how much of a hassle would replacing the factory radio with a 1DIN 7" flip-screen AV unit be?
Is it just a matter of swapping the units or is there more to it?

Thanks all!

Default RE: Installing a 1DIN radio into a 1996 S-Class

Idid that installation and it was very imple because i waas also installating 2 amplifiers

if you are only replacing the radio you need to run all the speakers wires to the trunk and remove the bose amplifier all your speaker wires are going to the on the left side of the trunk next to the electric antenna
good luck
