How can you hookup an IPOD in 2003-sl 500

I assume that you have a tape player hidden behind the top of the radio.

there is a company called nav-tv that makes an intergration kit. you will lose your cd changer option because the interface takes place of the cd changer. their website is navtv.com. i actually installed 1 in an 04 s55 2 days ago. the problem is the ipod will have to be docked in the vacinity of the cd changer- though in your case you could probably dock it in the center console.

 

My O3 SL500 has a jack in the console side of the glove box. If you use a charger on your Ipod at the same time you are playing music you more then likely will hear a slight whine in the speakers.( I just make sure my Ipod is fully charged. You will have to goto the Aux in your command screen in order to hear your music.
