Default problem with transmission and fogging

i dont know why but when i slowly accelerate or keep my foot on the gas with the same amount of pressure it revs up higher for some reason. and when i push the gas all the way down i kind of chokes up and then speeds up. wats the problem? will mercedes cover this problem? and my windows are always fogging up for no reason all the time. someone told me it might be the circulation fan or somethin. thanks

its a 2003 ml 350

Is your check engine light on? If it is, you need to check the codes via Scanner. The best thing to do is to check the codes via SDS (Star Diagnosis)...it's a dealership scanner, and I have one at my shop. Also, the adaptation data in you ETC Control Module needs to be check in order to isolate whether or not it's mechanical or electrical on your car.

take care,
