Default Air Conditioner Blower 02 C320

The blower stops working but after the air conditioner is turned off for awhile it starts back blowing. Any idea what may cause that?

Could be a blower regulator. But also could be the blower itself. If you hear the blower fluctuating up ans down at times....could be the regulator which is located next to the blower itself

yeah that noise is the footwell flaps motor and linkage grinding together, its trying to open and close the blend flaps to move the air where you want the air, but if the linkage is broken, youll here the click noise and usually will mostly blow air at the floor.
