I just purchased a '72 350SL. The drivers side window will go down but not up. I've taken the door trim off and can see that the gear from the motor moves around when I go to raise the window. How do I remove the motor to see if I need to replace it or whether it needs an adjustment? Do I need to remove the entire regulator?
