Workshop manuals for 500sl r129
My car is a 1991 500SL R129
Many years and MANY computers ago, I purchased the R129 STAR Class Service Manual Library discs. As I said, that was many computers and operating systems ago. Now I have a problem with the car and I cannot get these manuals to install, so I am flying blind.
I see there is a lot of on-line services for manuals now. Are any of them any good? What is everybody using?

I am uncomfortable about copyright rules, adware & viruses ... BUT since my, very expensive at the time, copy of STAR Classic Service Manual Library will not load in to the computers and operating systems I now own, I am considering giving Charm/Lemon a try.
Yes, I know that there is a way to install software that will allow me to use my STAR Classic discs, but installing the software necessary is way above my paygrade, and the cost to have it done would be the same as what I already paid for the discs all those years ago. ALSO, Charm/Lemon is said to have all of the latest bulletins for my Benz.
