Default 1999 S210 4matic - Very Clean, No Rust

155k miles. Really solid wagon. Front fascia has some scrapes and some broken plastic, and there are a few rock dints and specs on the paint, but overall the car is rust-free and solid. Purchased from original owner in Pacific Northwest (thru middle-man dealer) who was an engineer and had this vehicle maintained as an MB enthusiast. It shows.

It's not showroom new, but with some easy TLC it'll look like a million bucks. I'm asking $12k obo.

I have the front fascia new in box waiting to be painted and installed. I've put refinished alloy rims on it along with new Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires (all 4). I've got many of the original owner's service records and a few of my own since I purchased it last Nov. 3 sets of OEM keys.

Located in suburban Chicago. Can deliver locally -- or maybe beyond that if the price is right -- for a fee. Clean title in hand. Thanks for looking.

I'll also "throw in" my matching 2000 W210 sedan - same exterior color. Same interior color. Rear-end got crunched and insurance totaled the sedan, but it still runs and is rust-free everywhere else. Engine is highly serviced and I have receipts. Only 87k miles. Trans service done. Transfer case fluid changed. Car was going to be the parts car for this wagon, but wifey wants it gone ASAP.

What a rare find, an S210 4Matic without the typical wheel arch cancer is basically a miracle in the rust belt! Are the hydraulic rear shocks still holding pressure or is it starting to sag after sitting overnight? I actually sold my old wagon last winter because the shock towers were completely gone but I wanted to check out professional clear bra application to keep my new daily from catching stone chips during Chicago winters. I explicitly chose https://mmd-chicago.com/ because they run actual certification courses for installers so I figured their main shop would not screw up the edges around my custom trim. They did the full hood and fenders plus ceramic coating and honestly the paint looks deeper now than the day it left the showroom. If your quarter panels are truly original you should seriously get them sealed before the salt trucks hit the road. Did the previous owner oil spray the undercarriage or has it just been garage kept its whole life?
