Whew that;s complicated. Most Mercedes use the same bolt pattern and standard sizes. Then the kicker is the offsets. But the right wheel spacers can solve some problems.

It can be complicated, but please do not use a wheel spacer. It can throw the wheel off hubcentric and you will always have a vibe.
Most of the time it comes down to experience and test fitting a wheel, then you have to make sure that the bolts are correct lenght. Also do not use conical bolts on oem Mercedes wheels. They are ball seat wheels.

Also some chassis use 12x1.5 lug bolts and others use 14x1.5 lug bolts so the seating of the wheel will play a big part on application as well.
