lol, it's definitely not a car club! Just an online car community, like this one! There's just thousands more members...and people actually willing to hang out with one another. We're diehard!

 

If you're referring to us, we just hang out. They aren't car shows. Anyways, we've recruited a SL65 and Cl600 V12 biturbo to come to the track as well. Unfortunately the new M5 owner doesnt take delivery until friday so he wont bring it to the track. Is anybody going to be able to make it? We're also going to a "mega meet" (more of a car show but outdoors, there was an Ultima GTR at the last one) on saturday night and maybe do autocross on sunday.

 

You guys missed out on a GREAT weekend! We had a few modded E55's that ran high 11's and SL65 that ran a 11.75 A renntech ECU CL600 that ran high 11's The new Z06 proved to be very diffcult to launch and only got into the 11's twice out of over 10 launches. There was a cyclone there that ran a 10.2!!!!!!!! And the "Hurricane" mustang showed up and had an 8 second pass. The mega meet was awesome too. Especially the cruise up there with all the euro's. We ended up going to imports vs. domestics at MIR on sunday. 800 cars raced and 300 in the car show (both records). Fastest car- A HEAVILY modded supra that ran 7.52!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best weekend I've had in a long time. Probably last of the season.

and whose supra ran 7.52? i try to keep fairly close attention on the NDRA and Nopi series...

 

I dont know the other person. The supra belongs to Lucas Oil or is at least sponsored by them.

 

Patrick, no, I have only spoken to blackbenzz through here.

blackbenzz...I think I am done with track meets, BBQ's, and meets in general for the season anyway. It's 23 degrees here...kinda gets u down and out!

 

i thought that Krystos Efantis' (lucas motor oil supra) record in his Supra was 7.90? a few weeks ago they were having a ton of engine problems..and they replaced the entire motor in the pits, and i dont think that they made a good pass all weekend...its a shame, i was hoping to see him run in the 7s

I thought Ryan Woon's WOTM Supra was the fastest ever in the 1/4 mile? I will look up more of the specs on that and get the times. I am just entirely too tired to look it up now.
