OK, well its almost the New Year and I need a reason to exit the house for a week or two as the outlaws are just about to get settled in for a few weeks.... so I figure, look for a replacement Merc Wagon. LHD or RHD, either is OK, as I have no problem with the swap, plus if its LHD I tend to not goto drive thrus in the UK.... Chuckle.

I'm not fussed where it is, as far as I'm concerned it could be in Australia, America, Europe, you get the idea.

The plan is to drive it home, well as far as I can before i need to stick it on a ship. Done this a few times now, few examples, Once in the US from California to Virginia (Bought a classic Chevy Pickup on ebay), In Europe from Serbia to UK (Took an Old Peugeot 306 TD and on the way home, 19 Hours nonstop, except for fuel and redbull) and another was UK to Morocco (1983 Alfa GTV6 Alfetta, Went like a rocket, save for second gear issues, expected it to brake down in UK so never acutally had a plan of where to go just put the passport in my pocket just incase I made it to the ferry port!) So I have right amount of nuttyness, I just require a vehicle to buy.

As for the vehicle, As long as it looks and sounds OK and it can be driven legally then I'm interested. Not worried about warranties or promises, just want an honest Wagon for a bit of fun before it becomes the dog wagon.

So there is a an Idea, an outline plan. I'm not a dreamer, I'm deffo a do'er!
