FS: 1994 Mercedes E320 Coupe in NJ
This is my father in law's car. He passed away last year and now my mother in law wants to sell it. Original owner 1994 E320 Coupe in tan w/ tan interior. Only has 84,500 miles and has been garage kept most of its life. My f-i-l maintained it pretty well and it really doesn't need any mechanical work. It does have some front and rear bumper damage. She wants $6,000 for it, but the price is negotiable. Reply here or call me @ 201-594-9895 for some more info. Here are some pics.

Hi, I havea couple questions:
1. Do you have any service records?
2. Can you please describe in more detail regarding the front and rear bumper damage? (i.e. accidents or parking)
3. Any rips on the seats (front and back) and cracks on the dashboard?
4.How is the paint condition? Any dings or dents?
5. How is the tire condition?
6. Any known problems (i.e. electrical, AC, engine wiring harness)

Most of the service records are there, I will have to double check.
Unfortunately I do not know the detail of the bumper damage. From what I see, the front bumperprobably damaged during parking and the back bumper was damaged by backing into something.
The interior is in good shape for a 13 y.o. car, no rips or cracks.
Again for a 13 y.o. car, the body and paintare decent. This car would look showroom with a nice detail job.
Tires are in very good shape. The brakes were done recently, but theyhave the typicalsqueal.
I know that some electrical work was done, but I would have to find the records.

TOO BAD THE VEHICLE ISN'T IN LOS ANGELES I'D BUY THE VEHICLE IN A MIN. It suprises me people want to buy a 15 year old car they act like their paying 20 thousand dollars. The guy wanted 6 grand for crying out loud. Go check out the vehicle and you can decide what the condition of the vehicle is. You ask a book load of questions and then you leave him in the dark. Even if it has no records its a decent car, for a decent price!!!!

Yeah... why don't you just buy it? By paying additional $800 (DAS) you can have the car shipped to LA. You said it is a decent price. By the way, what made you think I live in NJ and can go check out the car easily?
