I am seriously searching for a late model E-320 convertible to replace my '95 SL500. The SL can only seat 2 and the CLK seats 4 and I would like the room. I checked out a 330CI BMW rag with 33K yesterday for 35K but I have had Benz's for over 25 years and know the E class well.
