I have a 92 300E that is for sale. The pertinent data first. Champagne with Palomino Leather interior. 221K miles. Very well kept by the MB dealer in Waco Tx. I got it from the dealer who acquired it as trade from the original owner. This car runs great, has good compression and doesn't smoke or leak oil. There are no dents or scratches and the car appears to have never been in an accident ( I have looked very closely for signs of previous paintwork or replaced panels and found none). All electrics work (windows, roof etc), no cracks in the dash, and only two minor cracks in console wood. The drivers seat shows two cracks in the leather, but they are not tears, passenger seat shows one. The tires are Bridgestone Insignia's, and were replaced at 214K.
Now for the negatives. The radio doesn't work. When the power is turned on, it gives an E2 code. It has the 6 disc changer in the rear, and apparently a simple radio swap-out is necessary. The odometer stopped at 219K and the 2000 mile difference comes as an estimate, as I only drive the car to and from work (about 15 miles round trip).
