I have a 1986 Mercedes 190E 16 Valve Cosworth for sale. The car has been in a climate controled storage for the past 9 years. It has 101,268 miles on it. Automatic trans and is completely unmolested except for the aftermarket tires and wheels. The factory mercedes wheels were chromed and had started to peel and looked awful. The a/c needs charging, the gas gauge is acting up. They both worked fine before storage. I was suggested to use some Seafoam on the fuel sytem to fix the fuel gauge problem? There is some fading of the paint on the drivers side belt line and evidence of paint work on the car. It is in great shape other than some typical dings and scratches here and there. Rust is only evident at the rear lower corner of the license plate area about the size of a dime (surface rust). The interior is in great shape but not perfect. I hate it when people claim the car is perfect, only to find it has obvious flaws. The car has the original Becker Grand Prix Stereo unit in it, that is currently in need of the security code to unlock it (I miss placed my file with all the service records, radio code, and owners manuals) Everything else on the car works as it should and has not been tampered with Boy racer style if you will.
