i am looking to start a resto. project on an old ponton wagon. the engine and transmission are completely unimportant to me (not running, gas, diesel, auto. 5 spd., 4 spd. etc...). i am interested in a solid frame, intact chassis, decent interior... but i will consider anything. i am not looking to pay a fortune for a vehicle in inoperable condition, but if the right wagon came along in decent or even good shape...i would make an exception and shell out some real money (nice body and interior). i am not adverse to paying real money for a running car in the right condition, but it would be only to do an engine and transmission transplant and therefore the engine and transmission are of no actual attraction for me. thanks, everyone.
