1999 ML430 Nav cds and CD changer wanted

Hey, all.
I just bought this truck, and the CD changer is pooched and there aren't any nav CDs. There's a lot of different systems out there on these trucks, so let me be crystal clear as to what I've got so we make sure everything works with this system.
The stereo is the upgraded Bose OEM option w/ the CD changer W/OUT the fibreoptic cable. I THINK it's sourced, along w/ the radio front end (even though it says "bose") from panasonic/matsu****a.
The Nav system is the pedestal-on-the-dash mounted Siemens system. I think the CDs are sourced from NavTeq, and there are 1998.1, 1999.1, and 2001.1 versions. If I understand correctly, the MCS cds do NOT work w/ this system. To further complicate matters, there are 1999.1 and 2001.1 MCS versions out there too. sigh.
HELP!!!
Thanks..
