This is the only car in the world, which has wire insulation falling off for no reason!
I spent about 5 days repairing harness for 95 C-class awhile ago. Today I found same problem in my 01 C240!!

I was repairing 2 84 Corvettes, wires were fine!!!
I'll buy a Camry!!!
Another thing which pissed me off:
parking light bunt, I installed new one and it didn't work! It was because old one was 5W bulb, but I installed 3w, because I found it in my shed. Front SAM module sensed wrong bulb and turned it off.

 

That's a sad story, but Mercedes is still not a POS exactly.
