Default Service Brake Malfunction Message

Hi

Just replace both the front and rear brake rotors, pads, sensors on my 2003, E500. However, the " Service Brakes, Visit Workshop" message comes in the instrument panel under malfunction.

Need some help in this regards

Thanks in Advance

Default Brake Stop Switch

I am dealing with the same issue. I have replaced all pads and front rotors. All sensors are new and connections have been re-checked. Through another forum I saw that a common problem is the Brake Stop Switch. This is the switch that turns on the Brake lights when you press the Brake pedal. I replaced mine but this has still not resolved the issue.

I do not know if my other issue is somehow related. Both of my Key Fobs will open the car doors when locked, but will not lock them.

Any advice is appreciated.
