Can anyone help me with Bluetooth on my R Class. I have tried to use Bluetooth, it will pair toa device by then nothing happens. I was told by the dealer here in the UK that Bluetooth had been disconnected. Is this correct, or can I override this in some way?

 

Did you have Bluetooth when you purchased the vehicle?

 

Bluetooth is fitted to the car. I can access it, go through the pairing setup, it recognises new phone but then nothing happens?
