Hello All,

I recently acquired a 203 c240 4 matic (wagon) with only 35,000 k's on it. My first Mercedes. My other toy is a 1980 Volvo Bertone w/V8 conversion.

I am however experiencing a coolant leak that appears to be from the upper hose connection where it secures to the rad. It only leaks after sitting and I can only assume it's from releasing pressure after running. Looking where the hose connects to the rad, it's not the typical bad strap hose connection...how does the hose connect? The bottom side of the upper hose is wet with coolant so I'm very certain that's where the leak is. I do like to do these sorts of repairs myself to avoid shop costs, but just need some direction on this. Any help would be appreciated.

I just acquired some 18" rims and tires that I will be putting on in the spring after the snow is gone.

And, if there is any parts sources that I should be checking please let me know.
