Just bought an old 1988300CE that is in perfect, almost showroom condition with only 72K miles. Had it up on a lift today and the underneath is just as clean. Only problems I could find are a coolent leak where the overflow tank connects to the top of the radiator....a common problem I hear. Also a small oil leak on the exhaust side of the engine near the front. I'm going to replace the fuel filter and serpentine belt.

Looks like this car was garaged and well taken care of. This is the first time I have driven a MB and I was sold......a very solid, quiet car. I'm going to be putting a pair of snows on the rear so will be looking to get a couple of wheels if anyone has some for sale.

Thanks moderator........I hope the car is as good as it looks. Unfortunatly, I do have to drive it to work. I'm working on getting it inside my barn to keep it out of the weather somewhat..
