New to the 'Benz Forum!
Howdy everyone, I'm BDC and I'm a rotary engine enthusiast and business owner who's recently gotten a hankerin' for some of the 'Benz models from the mid 80's to early 90's. I'm on the prowl for a diesel model (turbo or non-turbo) to do some project work on from those years but am unsure as to which exact models are diesel-powered. So far as I can tell it seems the 300 series is the one I'm looking for but I'm not sure of any others. Any of you guys have any suggestions on this?
My brother owns an '84ish 300SD I believe it is and my mother is about to own one of the same. I fell in love with the car and the diesel setup and am looking to purchase soon.
