Hey y'all. I'm new and I need to know where to go for questions about my recently acquired 240D.

Hi, I just registered and this is my first reply. Just picked up a '81 240D a few weeks ago. Needed to do some minor "get ready for the road" maintenance and have just finished it up. Replaced belts, hoses, filters, oil, brake fluid, radiator fluid, and wipers. I had to clean some electrical connections to get the backup lights and cruse to work but still don't have the heater/AC blower motor working. Overall, it's running well and the 4-speed manual shift smoothly with only a little roughness in the clutch. I'll probably need to replace the shocks and get a wider set of tires to get the ride and handling that I want but even without them it's a nice smooth ride. So far I'm having fun with my latest project car and I'm hoping to find some good advise on tracking down the A/C blower problem.
Tell me some about your 240D, pretty good condition? Why are you riding around in an old car like this?
