I love the site its gonna be a great reasorce. Im in the prosses of restoring a 300se ill post some pics soon. Any advice You can give me would be greatly apreciated. This is my first benz and im very impressed with the quality and attention to detel put into the building of these magnificent autos I come from a long line of mechanics none of us that i know of have ever had a mercedes and in comparison to an american or japanese car 'wow!' mine has very close to 300,000 mi on it and with the exception of vaule stem seals that i just replaced the engine is in great shape how long do the inline 6 engines normaly run i have so many questions i cant wait to ask thanks Jayson

that depends on how you use the car and maintain it.

 

i meant as in how many miles can one expect to get from these little engines with good maintanace

 

and its not the keyboard its has more to do with my lack of sleep working and trying to get your own buisness off the ground is consuming my sleep time so i do appologize if it takes a minute to figure out what im saying
