Artico leather, 2015 C200, 39K miles.
Hi all, I am new to the forum so greetings!
I have my second Merc and am horrified to find the Artico with what I thought were cuts from sharp objects in previous owner pocket. A search for a vinyl repairer quickly reveals it is a common Merc problem and cannot be repaired. A trip to a dealer revealed it is very common , sometimes at 10K miles and only cure is a new seat cover....£544 !
Mercedes Head Office in Netherlands, not UK that I contacted (!!,) customer service deny any knowledge of such a problem.
Therefore I am searching for other with the same problem?
