Hi,
Live in the Northwest and have had this 1984 240D about 5 years. Several months ago the light for the instrament panel went out. The dimmer switch had felt kind of grindy for some years,so that may be the problem. Anyhow to get to either the business end of the switch, or the bulb looks like you have to access through the front ,interior side,of the car YES? please let me know how to check, or replace these thanks Joe
