I have a 2005 SLK55 AMG. It has a very small oil leak somewhere on the top end. It does not leak under the car. It only has a slight oil smell about 10 minutes after start up and then it goes away. Any ideas of what that might be?

 

The M113 engine is known for valve gasket and rear main seal leaks.

Yours sounds to be the common valve gasket leak.
