Hey guys, I just want to let you guys know you have awesome cars.

My bro has a 1998 SL 320 with SL 500 badge (we bought it that way). Well im only 17, and I own an Acura Legend 91.

So my bro went to chicago for this weekend and got to cruise around in this thing.

I took it to school and this school is a pretty rich school where students have escalades, new hummers, RSX's camaros, and mustangs. Well I took this car out to school and EVERYONE was starring at me, especially with the top down, and a glossy black paint job. Lots of chicks were waving at me < LOL. every red light I got looks from everyone starring at the rims and such (17 inch Chrome MGA or AMG or something). I like playing with the roll bar, up and down. Some guy at a light asked me if it goes up after I passed 60 and I said yes (lie!!) and he thinks it cool.

I just love this car, its so nice that I was always trying to find a different excuse to go and drive it. The exhaust sounds great, nice and deep, good stereo system for a stock one I think its the same as my stock Acura (Bose premium).

Only bad part is that its kind of slow, my 3.2 V6 legend is faster than this thing. This thing is climbs much faster after 100 tho. Although I did toast an RSX and a riced mustang with it.

This is such an awesome car, I wonder what the real deal 5.0 V8 SL 500 is like. Its a shame this thing is going back to my bro tomorrow.

Now I have to decide whats my next car... NSX or SL500??

 

Oh, and is possible to do a SL 500 engine swap? or even 600 maybe?

 

possible but you need to include the engine wiring harness and control units.
