Well, what I ended up doing was using a punch in the center of the pin to start a pilot hole for a small drill bit. Then, I carefully tapped in a bold extractor bit into that hole, and slowly rotated it to break it loose with a vise-grip. It was pretty effective, but I just found out that the seal is the only thing that holds that thing in place, and I could have apparently just pulled the entire center piece out if I wanted to. Now I just need to find a dowel that I can use to replace the pin and I should be good to go. I found all the parts I needed for about $200 on autohausaz, so I am pretty excited about that, too. Hopefully we will have this thing running by the end of the day!
