removing seats from a sl500

Default removing seats from a sl500

I am trying to remove the seats in my 2000 sl500. I removed all the bolts from the front and back but there is still something that i am missing. Any help would be greatly aapreciated.

your still missing some bolts. there are some that go in on the side of the track too. the track along the door . just look harder there are more. i wanna say 6 or 8 bolts holding it in

i believe that the lowwer seat cusion comes out all by itself.....held in by 2 screws at the front youll have to get down and look up under the seat. but i think there 2 10mm screws then the seat bottom pulls out and at the back a tab holds it in it just slides forward and out

on my sl there are two large horizontal phillip screws up front on each side. remove and lift up hard on the front of the seat cushion. get a hand mirror and maybe a flashlight to find them.
