Overheating 500SL

hello again guys...im really givng up...and i need HELP...mechancs coulnt resolve this....i flushed my radiator 3 times...fan clutch repaced wth a good used one...and thermostat i replace it neumrous times...and THE CAR STILL OVERHEATS!!...could it be the radiator ? could driving for over a year and half overheated (100-110) destroy my radiator? even thou there are no leaks and head gasket is ok ! ....it overheats when im stopped in in hgh temps especially with AC on (in my county can reach 110F ) ...plz help me

Naffi, what is the year of your vehicle? DIY flushing a radiator may not be the fix you're looking for. Consider is the age and mileage of your radiator? You may need the radiator to be "rodded" that will force debris/calcium etc out of the tubes. Also, sounds like your water pump may a suspect, not be working as well as it should. Many factors can exist, plugged water passages in the heads also cause extreme heating.

does it over heat only when the air is on? do the condenser fans come on when idling with the air on and when it's warm outside? have you changed the gauge temperature sensor, the two wire one on your thermostat housing?
