ADS light on dash and Ride Height adjust switch no go

ADS light on dash and Ride Height adjust switch no go
Hello all
I recently aquired a 1991 500SL with 85000km. When purchased, the ADS light was on and the susspension was low. The vehicles ride height valve body (front) was leaking and I had it resealed through a MB workshop. The height is correct now however the ADSlight is still on and I also notice the Ride Height switch (next to head light switch) does nothing. (Although the red LED comes on when pressed).
Very technical and mechanically confident, can anyone point me in the right direction to locate probable cause for the fault?
