Want to use an extractor to drain the oil. No dipstick in this model. Is the tube at the rear of the engine with a red cap a way to the crankcase? I'm concerned that it goes to the transmission!

 

yes thats the oil....trans has a lock pin...or should have the pin there. trans dipstick tube says MB workshop, also the trans dipstick is more hidden and more behind the engine and lower down you have to really look to see it.
