i have 2 questions that i need help on.

1) i posted sometime back question as to fuse location for cigarette lighter.
checked all the fuses, all good ....any other tips, what is next most likely?
socket is dead, no voltage reading.

2) icaught a rock at highway speed into the right mirror turn signal lens..
is this something i should attempt to replace ? the relpacement is available at parts.com
but id like some tips before or if i attempt to relpace the lens/led component.
