1984 380sl Flexplate shims?

1984 380sl Flexplate shims?
I have removed my tranny from my 1984 380sl and it has been awhile and now I am putting it back together. The only thing is I don't remember
where the 2 shims go? I am thinking one goes to the crankshaft then the flexplate then the next shim. Is this the way it goes?
