w220 comand unit wood surround removal

I would like to get information on how to remove the wood surround facia from my 2000 s320 cdi comand unit so that I can install a new comand unit.

Please remove screws at beside of Ash Tray after opening Ash Tray. Then you could lift up slightly from down side and moving pulling gently that wooden for remove it.
