I am still learning new things about my 2004 S600 every day. Latest bit of knowledge was reading in my owners manual about how my center console has the ability to be cooled or heated by way of the vehicles A/C system through a vent located in the center compartment and controlled by a switch located in the cup holder compartment. I see what appears to be a small vent right beside the two small i (Info) and wrench buttons located under the left side center console door but I can't really feel any air coming out of it. In addition to this I have noticed a few other problems such as, 1. I cannot locate any such switch anywhere either in or around the cup holder compartment, and 2. My center console doesn't appear to be large enough to store two dimes stacked flat side to flat side let alone a soda can. What gives with this car? Is there something I am missing here?
