I have purchased a 2005 Mercedes Benz S600 and was curious to know why there are no fog lights on this vehicle. In addition, I was wondering why the "AMG" emblem is not on the back especially due to the fact that it has an AMG engine. The build sticker says that the AMG option is in the car. If someone could advised I would be very appreciative.

 

i think because mercedes made the S600 its not really an AMG modification . for 2005 AMG had the S55 for the S class, and the fog lights are in the headlamp itself on the inside, not on the lower bumper.

 

Thanks for the information. I figured that it was something along the lines of what you said in reference to the fog light being on the inside in the area of the regular headlights. I must admit that I truly do enjoy this vehicle. I have never driven anything like it before.
