I have a 2000 s320 LWB and it has developed rust on all 'corners'..bodywork specialist told me that it is corroding from the inside out. I had heard that Mercedes gave a 10 year warranty on bodywork and then I heard other stories about 30 years ?????.....I contacted Mercedes Benz head office in Milton Keynes and was told that there was only a 2year warranty on my car because it was made for the french market....can anyone please shed some light as to what warranty.. is or was...on the car. It has full Mercedes Benz service history...something that Merc Benz were quick to point out to me that the car needed...but when I told them the history their story changed.
