POWER STEERING NOISE

Hello.
I've noticed when car just started cold, if i try to turn wheels it make some noise, after driving when car is worm no noise??

probably power steering fluid, plus you live in a cold weather so that might be the problem. There could be a posibility that your Power Steering Pumpis bad, but i am leaning more towards the fluid
