Default Obtaining replacement Master Key with remote control
Is a replacement master key with remote control for a 1993 mercedes 300SD
only obtainable through a dealer ? Can I buy a remote control from ebay and program it myself ?

Dealer only. No you can't program. Used to be available on-line, cheap, but Benz changed their position; I'm thinking quite a few illegal copies were made using the online process.
