221 (2007+) chassis has a different grill than 220 (2000-2006), for sure. also, does your car have distronic? if it does, and you use it, i dont know that i would recommend getting an aftermarket grill, and certainly wouldnt recommend installing it yourself, because those radar units are very easy to break and very expensive to replace, and may not be compatible with the new grill.

if you dont use your distronic, and you just disconnect it, you will get the "visit workshop" message on your multifunction display.
