that I just bought off ebay..
I found that it has had just one original owner before me., and i contacted him.
Very nice guy.
He mailed to me all the invoices for any work that had ever been done to the car.
He even mailed me the original invoice that he paid for the car new, $83,000.00

anyway, he kept records for everything done.
The oil was changed religiously every 2k-3k miles.
There were things like 50k miles ago new heads being put on and valve job and all that , that cost him 6300.00 ., things like the sunroof motor and such being renewed twice during it's life..,

then I saw one ticket from the mercedes dealer that he used all the time..
and from the mechanic that worked on it that time he wrote " Needs to use regular gas, 87 octane for awhile.."

What do you guys think of that one ?

It really surprised me to see that.

any ideas ?

the mechanic did not stipulate futher..


The previous owner has put about I would say $30,000.00 over the life of the car in repairs and maintenance.
The car has about 187,000 miles on it now.
