Hi, Have a 2005 S430.
last night for no apparent reason, the mirror lights did not flash when locking the vehicle? (the car did lock)'
The mirrors did not fold in as well. Went to the menu and made sure all the settings were correct.
Also the door lock inside the vehicle does not function?

Any ideas where to start??

check the door jam switch, if it sees the door open, the mirror wont fold in when locking and the cars lights wont flash. could be a bad door jam switch or bad door latch. you possibly could have a bad door control module. but check the basics first.
