RE: Message---"Light Sensor Visit Workshop"?
Without being flippant I guess it means that the light sensor has gone bad and you need a new one.
Not sure what the "light sensor" is since it could be the sensor that determines "light/dark" and in turn controls the instrument lighting (night/day setting) or likewise the mirror auto dimming with lights at night.
It might also refer to the AC sun sensor.
These circuits carry out a "boot up" check and presumably the circuit does not return the correct values for the test and as such it prompts a message.
Likely the sensor is bad but it just could be a bad connector etc.
Call the dealer and request which sensor the message refers to. You could then see how expensive a replacement sensor is and consoder the possibility of changing it yourself subject to your skills.
Stuart.
