ESP switch not working

Default ESP switch not working

Hello all, I have a 2001 s430 and the esp switch will not work. I am unable to turn it off??? Any ideas??

maybe the switch itself is bad, but probably not. you have an issue with your traction control or ABS system, possibly a bad brake pedal switch. could really be numerous things, wheel speed sensor maybe, clearing the codes will probably temporarily help.

hi wpimetnel,

i agreed with what chassis221 said.

your going to have to send your mb to certified mb garage or workshop to do diagnostic to trouble shoot whats wrong with your esp system. Thats the only way i could advice.
