Hi,

So you are in the UK!!

MB Dealers in Europe are (should be...100% capable). Things in the States are less clear and the few dealers are potentially at great distances from the customer. Not the case over here. Your local MB dealer should fix this with no difficulty whatso ever.

How did they repair the front struts? I wasn't aware repair kits were readily available in the UK and even if they are I wouldn't have expected an MB dealer to use them. they want to fit Quality Assurred new struts at £X000

no, im not in UK, Fife is 40 minutesaway from Seattle, Washington. By car history I ment the diagnoses paper that was attached to my bill when I picked up my car last time. They repaired the struts with a repair kit.
