Adjusting self leveling suspension

Default Adjusting self leveling suspension
I have a '88 W126 300SE with the self leveling rear and am curious to know if anyone has, or knows how to, adjust its base height.

at the rear axle there is a leveling valve.

you can adjust from there by raising or lowering the arm.
