I'm new to this forum. I'm trying to get the paint code for my '99 silver S320. I have looked all around the car and in the manual but cannot find it.
My last car had a simple badge inside the boot with the DuPont logo and the colour code. I cannot find this anywhere. Can anyone help?

It should be on the plate rivited to the radiator support, 98/99 had two silvers 9702 smoke silver, 9744 brilliant silver !

I cant seem to find the plate you are talking about though.

I have looked all around the engine bay but cannot find it. Should it be in an obvious place? Should I be able to see it without any difficulty? I think the plate may be missing. I have attached a photo.

It should be right up on the radiator support cross piece it is painted but a 2'x3' metal plate
