Hi,

New to the group. Have owned over 20 Cadillacs from Allantes to Sevilles, new and used. Allants and Eldo's my favorites and now I find myself with a MB 500 S. Wow--I love it!!!

Will have questions from time to time and look forward to meeting those in the forum.

This post reminded me of my second and last Caddy. It was a 1985 Eldog, 80K on the clock when it was done. It was stolen three times, it took a butter knife and two minutes (if they were slow) to accomplish that by any teenager. The cam was shot, backfired out the intake on anything more than quarter throttle, five foot door had to be held up by in order to close it (on a four year old vehicle). The more interesting thing is I now have as my DD the 85 300d. The 300d is not the prettiest thanks to road salt but still a great feeling car to drive at I am guessing 375-400k.
